Give each teammate a useful starting point
Owners and office staff need to coordinate the business; technicians need their assigned work. Role-based views help keep the day focused while the job record carries the customer details, notes, and work history.
Choose seats, not a different feature set
Starter is $69 per month for up to 2 people, or $690 per year. Crew is $139 per month for up to 10 people, or $1,390 per year. Both include the same feature access, so adding teammates does not mean rebuilding your workflow around a different product tier. The first 25 shops can lock in founding rates of $49 per month ($490 per year) for Starter or $119 per month ($1,190 per year) for Crew for as long as they stay. Customer-facing estimate and portal links do not require a teammate login.
