What counts as a seat?
Anyone who needs their own login — an owner, a dispatcher or a technician. Solo is one person, Crew covers up to ten. Your customers never need an account, so they never count against it.
Is anything missing from the Solo plan?
No. Dispatch, reporting, online booking, estimates, invoicing, payments, the customer portal and service plans are all included on both. The plans differ by how many people can log in, and nothing else.
What happens after the 14 days?
Nothing automatic. No card is taken up front, so the trial cannot roll into a subscription by itself. You pick a plan when you are ready.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, in place. If you outgrow Solo you move to Crew when you add the second person, and a plan too small for your current team is shown as unavailable with the reason why.
What does yearly billing save?
Two months. Solo is $490 a year instead of $588, and Crew is $790 instead of $948. You can switch between monthly and yearly whenever you like.
Are there processing fees on top?
Card payments run through your own connected payment account, so the money lands in your account and you pay that provider’s fees directly. ManePilot does not take a cut of your takings.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Customers, jobs, invoices and your price book export to a spreadsheet whenever you want, and every report has a CSV download.
