What you get
Most software in this category sells you the schedule on the cheap plan and keeps invoicing, reporting and online booking for the expensive one. That is a pricing strategy, not a product decision.
How it works
The price is on this page. You will never have to book a demo to find out what it costs.
14 days free, and nothing turns into a paid subscription on its own.
Dispatch, reporting, online booking and payments are on both plans. Seats are the only difference.
A failed card payment does not shut the app on you while you are standing in a customer’s driveway.
Pricing questions
Anyone who needs their own login — an owner, a dispatcher or a technician. Solo is one person, Crew covers up to ten. Your customers never need an account, so they never count against it.
No. Dispatch, reporting, online booking, estimates, invoicing, payments, the customer portal and service plans are all included on both. The plans differ by how many people can log in, and nothing else.
Nothing automatic. No card is taken up front, so the trial cannot roll into a subscription by itself. You pick a plan when you are ready.
Yes, in place. If you outgrow Solo you move to Crew when you add the second person, and a plan too small for your current team is shown as unavailable with the reason why.
Two months. Solo is $490 a year instead of $588, and Crew is $790 instead of $948. You can switch between monthly and yearly whenever you like.
Card payments run through your own connected payment account, so the money lands in your account and you pay that provider’s fees directly. ManePilot does not take a cut of your takings.
Yes. Customers, jobs, invoices and your price book export to a spreadsheet whenever you want, and every report has a CSV download.
