Know what is included and what has been used
Keep a membership’s included visits, renewal timing, and usage with the customer. Repeating appointments and service-plan allowances solve different parts of the workflow. Visit tracking is not the same as automatic recurring card charging; do not assume a customer has been charged merely because a visit has been scheduled.
