For detailers

Built around the car, not a generic job.

Written by someone who ran a detail shop and got tired of rebuilding every job from text messages. The customer, the vehicle, the condition, the estimate and the invoice stay on one record.

Why it is different

Six things a general platform does not do.

Every one of these is in the product today. If a CRM was not built by a detailer, it has none of them — it has a “job” and a notes field.

Priced by what they drive

One service carries its own price per vehicle size. A Suburban quotes as a Suburban and a Civic quotes as a Civic, without a conversation and without you remembering to adjust it.

Coatings as a real choice

Three year, five year, seven year — three priced options on one estimate under your own labels. The customer picks. They take the middle one far more often than they accept a single number.

The car has a history

Paint condition, products used, what the customer is particular about — attached to the vehicle, not buried in a note. The second visit opens with everything the first one produced.

Bay time is capacity, not a guess

Durations live on the service. A coating that takes eight hours blocks eight hours, so the day you sold is the day you can actually work.

Nothing leaves without being billed

Completed work that still needs pricing or an invoice sits in a closeout queue until you deal with it. That gap is where the money actually goes.

Your booking page, your prices

Customers pick the service and the vehicle type and see the real number. It lands as a lead against a customer record, not as a text at 11pm you have to decode.

Why it works this way

Generic software sees a job. A detailer sees the vehicle, the condition, the customer who is particular about it, and the standard the work has to meet.

Straight answers

Including the ones that go against me.

Is this still built for detailers, or did it get watered down?

Detailing is what it was built around and it is the hardest case — a vehicle, a condition, a customer who is particular about it, and pricing that changes with what they drive. Other trades were added afterwards because the same structure held, not because detailing was traded away. The vehicle-type pricing, the coating tiers and the paint condition history are all still there and no general platform has them.

I already use something. Is it worth moving?

Honestly, maybe not. If what you have works and you are not losing invoices, stay. The move is worth it if you are paying for a tier to unlock online booking, or running jobs out of a text thread, or regularly finding work that was done and never billed.

How long does it take to set up?

Add your services with their prices and durations and the schedule, booking page and estimates all work from that. Most of the setup is deciding what you charge and how long it takes, which is worth doing whether you use this or not.

What does it not do?

No 3D visualiser, no VIN scanning, no video inspections and no e-commerce storefront. It caps at ten logins, so a crew bigger than that does not fit yet. If any of those are the thing you need, buy something else.

One more thing

It runs sixteen other trades too.

Lawn and landscape, pressure washing, window and house cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and handyman work all run on the same structure. That happened after detailing, not instead of it — see the full list.
